The house is beautiful, rustic. Completely detached, without neighbors. The pool is clean, large, 140 cm deep. There is a wide step in front, so small children can play in it, and older ones can swim. The pictures are out of date, they could be updated, as there is a large shaded terrace on the terrace which may have been built recently. A small playground is useful if you come with children. The side "dining" terrace is useful. We really got the Mediterranean atmosphere we wanted. You can see that a lot of work and energy went into the house to make it so beautiful. Regarding the location: Novigrad 12 minutes by car (old town, beach, port, etc...), supermarket 4 minutes by car, nice little restaurant 8 minutes on foot. We will probably be back next year, we really enjoyed the whole holiday with the kids. If anyone wants a good time without compromise, come here!
The house is beautifully located in an olive grove, completely quiet and without direct neighbors. The hosts live in the village and are very, very good. The woman speaks good German and helps in everything, without imposing. It starts with the guests who are present (homemade olive oil) and ends with a package sent afterwards with forgotten things. There are 2 air conditioners on the lower and upper floors, which can be reached even at 35 °C outside temperature, and at a pleasant 22 °C indoors..... The house is fully equipped, and the kitchen is well stocked except for the can opener for cans. The beds are comfortable, the house and the garden are very well maintained and clean. The pool is great, and there were few mosquitoes. Although there are many animals that come to drink, which at first glance look like wasps, they are reckless and harmless. It is recommended to use a car within the facility, but everything is within easy reach. All in all, a wonderful holiday, many thanks to Anabel and her husband! John
